By purchasing, downloading, or using Skreen.pro ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.
2. License Grant
2.1 Lifetime License
Upon purchase, you are granted a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Skreen.pro on your personal macOS devices.
2.2 License Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Application
- Rent, lease, loan, resell, or distribute the Application
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Share your license key with others
- Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
3. Payment and Refunds
3.1 Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.
3.2 Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Application, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@skreen.pro.
4. Updates and Support
4.1 Lifetime Updates
Your license includes lifetime updates to the Application. We may release updates, improvements, and bug fixes at our discretion.
4.2 Technical Support
We provide email support for technical issues and questions. Support is provided on a best-effort basis.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Stripe API keys
- Complying with Stripe's terms of service
- Ensuring you have the right to access the Stripe data you retrieve
- Keeping your license key confidential
- Using the Application in compliance with all applicable laws
6. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. The Application stores your Stripe API keys and revenue data locally on your device only. We never save or transmit your sensitive data to our servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Application will meet your requirements
- The Application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from the Application will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Application will be corrected
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE.
9. Third-Party Services
The Application integrates with Stripe's API. Your use of Stripe's services is subject to Stripe's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from Stripe's services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and destroy all copies in your possession.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Application. Your continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
